Baker Perkins SFM - 5 gram Oval Silicone Mold
Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, this half sheet pan–sized mold is designed specifically for compatibility with the Baker Perkins ServoForm Mini (11-nozzle) depositor. It includes 154 unmarked cavities set 1" (2.5 cm) on center and fits seamlessly into the Baker Perkins standard carrier tray. Built-in stacking nubs ensure smooth production flow, while the flexible heavy mat construction allows for quick demolding—simply roll back the mold to release all cavities at once.
