Crafted from a prized Australian Black Truffle, courtesy of our friends at Grace Restaurant, this mold allows you to produce 8 exquisite truffles at once, keeping pace with demand.
 
MOLD SPECIFICATIONS:
  • 8 truffles each about 1" (2.54cm) diameter
  • The mold measures about 1⅜” x 1” x 11⅛” (3.49 x 2.54 x 28.26 cm)
 
Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
