Petits Fours Platter Mold

At 6½" from tip to tip, this deceptively simple mold unlocks endless creative possibilities for crafting amenities efficiently. Use the textured side to pour chocolate and create small platters for petits fours or individual chocolates. You can also cast 1" spheres to serve as posts for an elegant, multi-level display platter.
For quick and versatile sugar shapes, the open-collar side of the mold is your go-to. It’s both a platter and a fish! Place the mold on a sheet of vinyl, fill the collar with clear Isomalt, and finish with a few airbrushed stripes. Voilà—perfectly crafted edible fish!

Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
