Our sphere molds are ideal for casting precise spheres of sugar, chocolate, butter, mousse and more. With a high cavity count, these precise interlocking two-part molds are tailored for efficient daily production of flavor-infused elements in restaurant settings. Crafted from high-quality, food-contact-safe platinum silicone, sourced and produced in the USA, our silicone molds can withstand oven temperatures up to 400°F (204°C) and are suitable for blast freezers. Free from fillers, non-toxic, and specially pigmented to ensure a consistently stable chemical formulation, our molds are handmade in our Chicagoland facility. Please wash before use.
